Meetings
Hotel Santana offers a choice of two venues for conferences, meetings or banquets. The Paisley Room and the Cashmere Lounge are equipped with video projection and other conference equipment can also be catered for at a charge. The hotel specialises in the small conference market where more individual attention is required.
Cashmere Lounge
The Cashmere Lounge is situated on the 6th floor of the Hotel and is ideal for meeting and special events. The Cashmere Lounge has its own lounge bar which is ideal for organizing standing up receptions. It also boasts of a very large terrace which enjoys magnificent country and sea views.
The Cashmere Lounge is also equipped with audio visual technology, ideal for special meetings or conferences.
This Cashmere lounge takes up to 90 people theater style for meeting. For other indoor functions, the Lounge can accommodate 100 persons standing and 60 persons for a seated occasion. The outdoor terrace can additionally take up to 250 standing guests or up to 150 guests if seated.
Two smaller syndicate rooms and secretarial services are also available.
Paisley Room
The Paisley Room is a recently refurbished function room, which also interconnects with our indoor pool. This room is ideal for small events. The atmosphere created when the room opens up to the indoor pool area can be idyllic to special occasions. This room can also be fully equipped with the latest audio-visual technology and hence special meetings and conferences can be organized in the Paisley Room. The Paisley Room can accommodate a maximum of 80 guests if seated in theatre style, whilst for special Banquets, it can take up to 90 standing guests standing, or 50 guests seated. Additional seating can be provided if using the indoor pool area.
