Booking Terms & Conditions
Eco tax of €0.50c per Adult (18 years and over) per night capped at €5.00 applies from 1st June 2016. This tax is not included in the rate and is payable on arrival at the hotel.
Payment Policy
Full non refundable prepayment via credit card is required in order to confirm the reservation. The full amount due for your stay at Hotel Santana will be charged at the time of booking to the credit card provided. Failure to complete the credit card transaction will result in your booking being cancelled.
Cancellation/no show policy
Bookings made directly on the Hotel Website can be modified or cancelled up to 5 days prior to arrival with free cancellation. Bookings cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival will be charged in full. No shows will be charged in full. Should for any reason you depart early, you will not receive any credit or refund. If you wish to extend your stay, a new reservation is required for the additional date(s), subject to availability and rates at the time of booking.
Children’s Policy
Children’s discount is applicable for ages between 2 and 12 years inclusive. As from 13 years of age and upwards, children will be charged as an extra adult.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed
Non smoking policy:
The hotel has a strict non smoking policy. Smoking is only permitted outside on the balcony. A €50 recovery fee will be charged for smoking in your room.
VAT:
7% VAT is included on all rates.
